Coaching
Nicole and Maria Vallos (NANDM) have been coaching at Hurstbridge Tennis Club for more than 20 years.
They have extensive experience in the tennis field, competing at state and national level, as well as running their own unique coaching program. These twin sisters are energetic and passionate, being highly committed to achieving excellence in every aspect of their coaching business – both on and off the court. Working closely together they make a great team and conduct their coaching program in a warm and friendly environment.

We believe coaching is about teaching, training, instructing and helping people to learn skills, improve performance and ultimately reach their potential. We
adapt our coaching style to suit the individual needs and wants of each player.
COACHING PROGRAMS

Private Lessons. Available to adults and juniors from $45 for a 30 minute session.

Group Lessons. Available to adults and juniors from $15 for a 30 minute session.

Cardio Tennis (find more general information HERE). Available to over 16's from $17 for a 1 hour session.

Hot Shots (find more general information HERE). Available to 3 - 12 year olds from $15 for a 30 minute session.

OTHER SERVICES

Holiday Clinics. Stay active during the school holidays by joining NANDM for a tennis clinic. A great way to meet new players and build friendships. Catering for all standards aged between 5 - 18, the focus is on technique, match play and fitness in a fun and relaxed environment.

Kid's Tennis Parties. Everyone receives a lolly bag, participation certificate and a tennis gift. All equipment is included. $300 (plus $5 per child) for a 2 hour party.

Racket Re-Stringing. NANDM offer professional re-stringing on a digital machine to ensure you get the exact tension required. The best strings for your racket and game style are always chosen. Free over grip with every re-string. Prices start from $30.00. Racket re-strings are returned within 48 hours.

Demo-Racket Trials (specialising in VOLKL). With the coaches demo bag, you have the unique opportunity to hit before you buy. The coaches will assist you in choosing a racket that best suits the attributes of your game.

Accessories. NANDM stock a complete range of VOLKL tennis accessories including replacement grips, over grips, vibrastops, strings, balls and bags.
